Job Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective candidates through phone, text, email, chat, and virtual recruiting platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, availability, and interest in open positions.
- Educate candidates on job opportunities, company culture, benefits, and hiring processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct follow-up outreach to keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Support sourcing efforts by identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
- Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Manage and oversee onboarding documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable employment regulations.
- Review, verify, and track pre-employment and onboarding requirements, including new hire paperwork, background checks, employment eligibility documentation, and other compliance-related records.
- Assist with virtual hiring events, recruitment campaigns, and workforce initiatives.
- Monitor open requisitions and support recruiting teams in meeting hiring goals and timelines.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Create a positive candidate experience that strengthens the organization's employer brand.
- Utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation skills to address candidate concerns and barriers to employment.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and workforce management tools.
- Review, verify, and update candidate information and application materials.
- Document candidate interactions and ensure compliance with recruiting policies and procedures.
- Generate reports and track recruitment activities, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes.
- Support with all hiring and onboarding functions.
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Must be at least 18 years old
