This role blends recruiting operations, team leadership, customer service, and compliance management to support hiring success and organizational growth.

The Talent Experience & Operations Supervisor partners with Candidate Experience Coordinators, hiring managers, and operational leaders to optimize recruitment processes, improve candidate engagement, and ensure hiring goals are achieved efficiently and compliantly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team responsible for candidate engagement, recruitment support, onboarding, and customer service activities.
  • Establish performance expectations and monitor key metrics, including candidate response times, hiring pipeline activity, service levels, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training to support employee development and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service
  • Oversee candidate outreach, screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment support activities.
  • Ensure candidates receive timely communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support recruiting initiatives, virtual hiring events, sourcing campaigns, and workforce planning efforts.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to identify process improvements and increase hiring efficiency.


  • Oversee onboarding workflows to ensure all required employment documentation, background screenings, I-9s, E-Verify requirements, and compliance-related activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor candidate records and recruitment systems to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Develop and maintain operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze recruitment and operational performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and deliver reports on candidate engagement, onboarding completion, staffing progress, service levels, and team performance.
  • Partner with leadership to implement strategies that improve efficiency, candidate conversion rates, and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead special projects focused on talent acquisition, workforce optimization, technology adoption, and process enhancement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.00 - $26.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
