In this role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various human resources functions.

Job Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet and assist associates and visitors, addressing their inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Handle mail and package deliveries, as well as routing them to the correct recipients.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment records.
- Maintain a basic knowledge of the organization's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to associates and visitors.
- Follow established procedures and protocols for handling confidential information.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless front desk operation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Polite and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
