Job Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate various production machinery, including fillers, cappers, labelers, and packaging equipment.
  • Ensure that products meet quality standards by monitoring production processes and conducting quality checks.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
  • Package finished products and apply appropriate labels.
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Transport raw materials and finished products within the facility.

Requirements:  

  • High school diploma or GED. 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods  
  • Ability to follow instructions 
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using production software and systems 
  • Attention to detail  

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred 
  • Experience in the bottling/canning industry or food manufacturing  
  • Pallet jack experience  

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
