Description

Staff Management is looking for a Shipping Administrator for a global supplier company in Brazil, IN! The Shipping Administrator will be running reports, checking priority list regularly, printing shipping paperwork, and shipping orders via FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Job Responsibilities

  • Preparation and packaging of chemicals, materials, and dangerous goods for shipping domestically and internationally
  • Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment
  • Able to carry and lift 30-50lbs
  • Respond to inquiries regarding shipment
  • Run daily inventory report
  • Interact with customer service to process order requirements timely
  • Process order shipment in ERP software (i.e. pick orders and build picklist)
  • Provide documentation to warehouse personnel for outbound shipments (i.e. picking list, bill of lading, packing list, safety data sheets, labels, and other documentation as defined)
  • Prepare documentation and communicate packaging requirements for export orders
  • Work with trucking companies to arrange pick-up and delivery, including LTL and TL shipments
  • Provide freight quotes as requested by customer service or sale

Requirements:

  • Organized
  • Fluent in computer technology
  • Fluent in Word, Micro soft Outlook, and Excel (oracle/SAP platform experience would be a plus)
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Good Problem-solving skills

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.00 - $21.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
