Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Assist with larger projects as directed by maintenance team, supervisors, or facility managers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Operate forklift to assist with material movement
- Clean and sanitize all areas including floors, walls, windows, restrooms, and common areas
- Remove trash and waste, ensuring proper disposal and recycling procedures
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues
- Follow established cleaning protocols and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or cleaning preferred, but not required
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and cleaning techniques
- Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $17.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
