Job Responsibilities

  • Read and follow written work instructions as provided.
  • Read and interpret complicated tool drawings.
  • Fabricate and/or repair tools, fixtures and machine parts
  • Manufacture quality products to meet customer requirements
  • Do complicated set ups and operations on machine tools such as lathes, standard and CNC mills and EDMs, grinders, hone, saws, CAD CAM.
  • Maintain a continuous material flow throughout the Tool & Die Process
  • Design and fabricate simple or complex jigs and fixtures.
  • Make decisions using math, charts, tables, formulas, and knowledge of machining techniques and methods.
  • Other duties assigned or required for the department.

WHAT ELSE YOU'LL NEED TO KNOW

  • Overtime is required on an as-needed basis.
  • There is an on-call weekend rotation required to cover manufacturing downtime needs.
  • Ability to proficiently use precise measuring equipment and gauges and work to extremely close tolerances.
  • Ability to work with little direct supervision
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to follow safety policies

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 50 pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $25.00 - $28.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
