Description

This opening is for 6 month temp-to-hire Assembly Associate position for Danfoss, a global market leader in climate and energy, in its Loves Park, IL facility. This person understands and acts upon instructions and procedures in order to complete assembly process. The individual we are looking for is self-sufficient, hard-working and able to work efficiently and productively in a fast paced production environment.

Shift Information:

  • 1st Shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday (must be available to work Saturdays as needed, based on business volume)

  • Pick/pull materials for assemblers
  • Restock components for assemblers
  • Light assembly of components
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts
  • Attention to quality
  • Comply with safety requirements
  • Ability to function as a team member

  • Ability to communicate verbally and understand written instructions in English
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 30 pounds

  • Stand for Shift Duration
  • Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $17.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
