Description
Staff Management | SMX is immediately hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead. This position reports to the Night Shift Supervisor and will lead the daily shipping and receiving function to ensure the facility is running at optimal productivity levels. This Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for the communicating and executing warehouse processes to leadership.

Job Responsibilities
- Able to lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Communicating, problem solving, and collaborating with Management
- Efficiently placing employees to keep the warehouse running accordingly
- Ensuring all shift closing procedures are followed and adhered to
- Lead a team to increase productivity, accuracy and overall warehouse quality
- Other tasks as assigned
Position Requirements:
- High School or Equivalent
- Must be able to fluently read, write and speak English and Spanish
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse systems knowledge or warehouse operations knowledge is required
- Computer knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs
- Must be able to work in non-temperature climate environments in a warehouse setting
- Ability to work second shift
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
