Job Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly machinery and tools, ensuring proper functionality.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document production output and report any issues to supervisors.
- Be on time for daily startup of manufacturing activities.
- Follow instructions from the supervisor on positional duties.
- Adhere to safety measures sanctioned by Guardian management.
- Perform duties required to keep the production line running efficiently.
- Perform all other tasks issued by direct supervision that lie outside of the normal scope of the position.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to understand English on a limited basis to follow basic work instructions.
- Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to handle small components.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.75 - $17.75 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
