Job Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting participants with inquiries for our client programs. Contact may be in the form of phone calls, e-mail or chat. Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and management High accountability for providing excellent customer service Provide professionalism and signature service to both internal and external customers

Read, Write and speak french. 18 Years of age or older High school diploma or GED Previous Customer Service Experience
