Description

This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic self-starter, with an interest in solving complex problems and creating robust policies. This individual must be willing to drive, have experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, and/or store retail operations. We are looking for someone who is willing to work with our existing team of Field Operators to quickly learn and follow requirements/processes to ensure the store teams are supplied adequately and ready/able to process.

Job Responsibilities

Join our team as a Field Operator! Be on the front lines of a cutting-edge shopping experience. Help us provide a service to our clients customers that enhances their quality of life and saves them time. - Support Store Ops with supply runs to maintain current capacities and volume - Support Store Ops Team by troubleshooting a variety of issues both off site and on-site - Directly responsible for fixing issues in stores immediately (exceptionally hands on and responsive) - Support Returns Team and Customer Service by scanning store order receipts for record keeping - Manage hardware assets and Store Ops supplies. - Maintain physical supplies such as printers and consumables, phones, scanners and packaging materials

- Driving for work, delivery experience, or willingness to drive for work required - Experience in Operations or Supply Chain - Proactive problem solver - Creative Thinker - Responsive and Effective Communicator - Excellent Customer Service and Technical Troubleshooting Skills - Store retail experience a plus
