Responsible for assisting corporate participants with inquiries for our client programs. Contact may be in the form of inbound phone calls, e-mail or chat. Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and management. High accountability for providing excellent customer service. Provide professionalism and signature service to both internal and external customers.
HS Diploma/GED Equivalent and a minimum of 6 months customer service experience, call center experience is a plus.
