Job Responsibilities

Answer back to back calls, chats and emails to resolve customer issues. Build strong relationships with our customers. Ensure that each interaction is a memorable, positive experience. Resolve the problem quickly and ensure the situation does not escalate. Speak clearly with empathy in both positive and negative situations. Multi-task while on calls, chats or emails. Resolve all issues while maintaining a cost efficient handle time. HS Diploma/GED Equivalent and a minimum of 6 months customer service experience, call center experience is a plus. Intermediate Computer Skills needed. Be able to provide a quiet, uninterrupted home office space and have high speed internet. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
