We are seeking a Production Line Leader to support the Production Leadership Team in delivering strong results across Safety, Quality, Cost, Production, and Engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for operating and troubleshooting equipment, driving line performance, and ensuring compliance with all production and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all associates follow safety, food safety, and quality standards
- Complete and verify all required quality and production checks
- Manage startups, changeover, and shutdown activities
- Operate machinery, troubleshoot equipment, and perform minor repairs
- Ensure materials and supplies are available to meet production schedules
- Document and update production reports accurately
- Monitor line productivity and product quality metrics
- Communicate issues promptly and participate in problem-solving
- Execute Autonomous Maintenance (AM) systems and support Equipment Owners
- Ensure compliance with Standard Work, 6S, and Quick Changeover standards
- Participate in events and sustain cost-saving improvements
- Experience in production and food manufacturing preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Prior lead or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work 12-14-hour shifts, 3-4 days per week, including weekends
Associate Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
