We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Support Technician to support production systems, equipment, and IT infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. This role helps ensure reliable operations by maintaining hardware, software, network connectivity, and manufacturing applications while minimizing downtime.

Direct Hire | 1st Shift | $55,000-$65,000 annually

Job Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing systems, production workstations, barcode scanners, printers, industrial PCs, and automated equipment.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, MES, ERP, and production reporting systems.
  • Respond to production support requests and resolve technical issues impacting operations.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and industrial networking equipment.
  • Perform system updates, backups, preventative maintenance, and equipment replacements.
  • Assist with new technology deployments, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering, vendors, or senior IT personnel as needed.
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow all safety, quality, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting computer systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Basic PLC and robotic troubleshooting experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Ethernet).
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience supporting MES and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with industrial networking, PLCs, automation equipment, and automated assembly processes.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $26.44 - $31.25 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
