Job Responsibilities
As the General Manager, you will be the key decision-maker for the organization, working closely with the Owner to shape and execute the company's strategic direction. You'll oversee a talented leadership team that includes the Director of Operations, Controller, Fleet Manager, and Project Management group, ensuring alignment, accountability, and collaboration across all functions.
