Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee commercial construction projects with a focus on automotive dealerships
  2. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
  3. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and construction regulations
  5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and clients
  6. Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively
  7. Support multiple projects simultaneously, primarily from the office (~90% of the time)
  8. Possess significant, "hands-on" experience in commercial construction, with a deep, practical understanding of the actual construction process.
  9. Demonstrated history of working extensively on job sites and being directly involved in construction execution.
  10. Proven ability to effectively lead, manage, and direct Construction Superintendents and site-based teams.

Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
  2. 5+ years of experience in a project management role
  3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and best practices
  4. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  6. Proficiency with project management tools and software

Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $76.92 - $88.94 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
