Staff Management | SMX is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Inventory Associate to support daily distribution operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring efficient warehouse flow, and supporting operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory tracking, cycle counts, and accurate data entry
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock and storage areas
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
- Support order accuracy, documentation, and workflow efficiency
- Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management or data entry
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent attendance and dependability
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 30 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
