Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks to ensure efficient operations. Shifts:
- Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
- Sunday-Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Employees will have the opportunity to earn an additional daily bonus of $20-21/hr, which is the equivalent to an extra $2 an hour for working their scheduled 10-hour shifts
- Employees can earn up to a maximum of a $100 bonus
- This bonus is in addition to the current Peak Wage.

Job Responsibilities
- Process orders accurately and Perform order fulfillment duties to include scanning, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
- Good work ethic and work attendance
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills to work within a team environment
- Ability to meet or exceed production goals consistently
- Promote a clean and safe working environment
- Previous experience as a warehouse associate or similar role preferred
- Proficient in order picking and fulfillment processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and twist as needed throughout the duration of shift schedule

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.50 - $18.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
