Looking for a new opportunity as a Warehouse Associate? Join the SIMOS team! In this role, you must have 6 months of warehouse experience. We're currently hiring for full-time, long-term warehouse/distribution positions in Adairsville, GA. Associates receive medical and dental benefits within the first 30 days, paid time off, and weekly paychecks. Pay is $14.12 -$16.47, plus incentives based on performance (per eligibility requirements). We also offer a $75 Referral Bonus, per eligibility requirements.
Duties: loading and unloading shipments, moving and organizing products, sorting and scanning orders, and general warehouse labor. Candidates must have recent warehouse experience and be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift Days: Monday-Thursday, 6am -4:30pm ($14.12/hour)
- Weekend Day Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6am-6:30pm ($15.69/hour)
- Night Shift A: Sunday 6:45pm-5:45am; Monday-Tuesday 4:45pm-5:45am ($16.47/hour)
- Night Shift B: Wednesday-Thursday 4:45pm-5:45am; Friday 6:45pm-5:45am ($16.47/hour)

Job Responsibilities

- Lift product, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds
- Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull
- Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout your shift, effective communication skills, and team work
- Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
- Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
- Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
- Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
- Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
- Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $14.12 - $16.47 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
