Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily on-site staffing operations to ensure adequate workforce coverage.
- Point of contact between the client leadership team and associates
- Manage attendance, call-offs, and workforce planning to meet daily goals and requirements
- Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, orientation, and supporting new associates
- Monitor headcount needs and support fluctuations
- Conduct associate coaching, performance discussions, and corrective action conversations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records within our workforce management system
- Foster a positive culture focused on safety, service, accountability, and associate engagement
- Recognize employee achievements and support retention initiatives
- 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Working in a fast-paced distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Able to Lift 50 pounds
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $23.00 - $23.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
