Description
Join our growing team at Staff Management | SMX as a Warehouse Production Associate. This entry-level position supports warehouse and production operations through quality inspections, packaging, line support, sanitation, and general warehouse duties. Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced environment while following safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3 pm

Job Responsibilities
- Complete all required OSHA safety training.
- Assist with production line inspections and monitor product quality.
- Verify packaging components and labels are correct.
- Support production by identifying basic quality concerns and notifying supervisors.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Maintain a clean work environment while following GMP standards.
- Complete required quality and production documentation.
- Read and follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as assigned.
Associate Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour.
This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
